I am an attorney at law operating right in the center of Prague. I offer highly qualified legal services to Czech as well as foreign clients. The legal services are provided not only in Czech language, but also in Spanish and English. I provide legal services in a wide range of legal areas, including the international law, to both individual persons and legal entities.
Mgr. Tereza Karasová
I completed my studies at the Law faculty of the Charles University in Prague (passed summa cum laude). Besides studying in the Czech Republic, I also studied at Universitat de Barcelona in Spain. Thanks to my praxis in an international as well as Czech law firm, I have gained rich experience in various areas of law. I have always been fascinated by the world of law; therefore, the next natural step in my career was to establish my own law firm. I did so after passing the examination of the Czech Bar Association (once again passed summa cum laude). I speak Czech, Spanish and English fluently.
I provide comprehensive legal services especially in a field of civil, family, labour, commercial and penal law and in the area of personal data protection. I also specialize in the provision of services to foreigners in connection with all types of residence permits as well as in other legal areas like establishment and operation of companies.
